Hello Drawing Center!

Below are two videos totaling 2.5 minutes -

1. A truncated version of a documentary made about my project “blow up 298 - landscape continuum - subatomic decay patterns /  -13,000 +2000”  a 360-degree site specific drawing on the glass that investigated the physical history of the land over 15,000 years: 12,000 years in the past (around the time that humans first entered the landscape) and 3,000 years into the future (when much of the area could be flooded by climate change). Each one of the 15 curved glass panels covered a millennia. The drawing (using white paint pens) hovered between the viewer and the environment, suggesting a ghosted image of what had been and what might be.

2. Recent experiments in animating drawings of subatomic decay patterns both on their own and as a means to describe domestic objects and scenes as a part of my new body of work “Ghosts in Common”

Thank you for your time and consideration!
